The place deserved 5 stars. There were family-friendly, extremely spacious rooms with a kitchen, air freshener, as example. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a stovetop were an advantage. The staff was amiable, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this brand-new hotel. the studio suite had basic facilities you need, including a safe box, an iron, and an electronic key card. Attentive and kind staff who were always there to help. the location was convenient, being next to the fish market during the daytime and close to the waterfront, Gaia Street, and Jeselton Pier.

The location near Porta Santa Maria here is excellent!

The beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable bed made for a relaxing experience. the infinity pool and gym were fantastic amenities. Despite minor issues with parking and breakfast quality, the new apartment and stunning sunset views made my digital nomad stay perfect.

My recent stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu was fantastic! the staff here are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I requested a quiet room due to health reasons, and they went above and beyond to find me the perfect room. the amenities like the pool and gym are brand new and impressive. the location is super convenient, close to many eateries and shops. the WiFi was reliable and fast, which is a big plus for me. I also enjoyed the gym facilities and the stunning views of the ocean from the bar area, even though the bar isn't operational yet.

One improvement this hotel could make is to offer a lunch dine-in option , especially for those who prefer a convenient dining experience. providing detergent sachets for the washing machine in the rooms would be helpful who want to do laundry.

The kids had a blast at the kids' club, playing games and making new friends. the family-friendly pool area was a hit with water slides and activities for all ages. We all had a fantastic time bonding and creating special memories together.

My wife says that adding more kid-friendly food options to the restaurant menu would enhance the family experience.
